2.2 If you are a publisher or a advertiser

Processing purposes:

• For adjustment and ensuring operation of the Adv.Cake service as part of this Policy and/or agreement entered into with Adv.Cake on the rendering of service.

2.2.1 Registration in the Adv.Cake system

To gain access to our technologies and services it is necessary to register in our system. Thereafter, to supplement the data described in the section we collect and process the following:

• Personal data provided by you in the registration form: your name, country, email address, etc.;
• The data that you provide during the use of the Adv.Cake system, for example, phone number, and postal address.

Such processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. B GDPR.

We do not collect or use any other personal data other than those voluntarily provided by you.

2.2.2. Analysis tools

We use Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica at the account webpage. The information in greater detail is available in par.2.1.2.2 - 2.1.2.3.

2.2.3. By registering in the Adv.Cake system you as a publisher or an advertiser accept the conditions of those offers (advertiser orders), which pertain to you as an advertiser or which you chose for service rendering as a publisher.

You as a publisher, an advertiser undertake to maintain confidentiality (abstain from disclosing to third parties) of conditions contained in the Adv.Cake system as well as in offers.

For those offers the following requirements to publishers are in force and shall be observed by them, as well as by their platforms for placing materials about an advertiser:

• Compliance with the legislative requirements of the Russian Federation;
• Absence of publicly available negative information about the publisher's platform.

In case of noncompliance on the part of a publisher of the platform thereof with specified requirements, or if such violations are suspected the advertiser agrees that Adv.Cake will apply the following measures to protect the business reputation of the advertiser and to prevent the future violations to the publisher:

• Apply a penalty in the amount of: 100% of the remuneration obtained by the publisher over 12 months preceding the violation and /or
• Revise the scope of services rendered over the period of 12 months from the date of noncompliance/suspicion of noncompliance on the part of the publisher or the platform thereof with regard to the specified requirements.

2.3 If you are a user of websites and platforms of publishers, CPA networks and advertisers - our partners

2.3.1 Cookies

We store cookies on the devices of users who visit websites/platforms and use the online services of publishers, CPA networks, and advertisers who are our partners. These cookies store information about the following:

• When and via which device the ad was clicked;
• Advertiser's affiliate program;
• Publisher;
• The specific time of the user's action;
• Actions on the site.

During tracking, we may also collect information about the device that is used to perform the conversion, for example, its operating system and browser.

The purpose of this data processing is to track conversions (interests and sales, such as installing an application or placing an order in an online store) and take this into account when executing contracts with advertisers, publishers, CPA networks, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. B GDPR.
